Jnana Mudra

This hand gesture is used a lot in meditation poses or while doing breathing exercises.

How to perform:

  1. Thumb and index finger are touching, forming an O. All other fingers are a bit bend and the whole hand and wrist are relaxed.
  2. For Meditation or breathing place the palm of your hand comfortable in this position on your leg or knee.
